Effective Thursday, January 28, 2010 the St. Thomas Township Fire &
Rescue Co. has cancelled regular Thursday night bingos until further
notice. We will continue to hold the regular late night bingos each
month.

General Rules:
1. Event will run from 8 AM to 4 PM
2. St. Thomas Fire & Rescue shall be the only
vendor of prepared food and drink
3. Electricity, other than general lighting, will
not be provided
4. Space reservation is on first come with paid
application, verbal reservations will not
be accepted
5. Aisles and exits shall remain clear of
obstructions at all times
6. St. Thomas Fire & Rescue will not be
responsible for injuries, losses, claims or
damages to persons or property arising from,
related to, or in connection with the
operation of any vendor or their personal conduct
Indoor Vendor Space
1. All indoor spaces will be $25 for the event (this event will be in
the banquet hall)
2. All spaces shall be limited to 3 tables (approximately 12’ X 12’),
tables and 1 chair
will be provided, there will be no discount for multiple spaces
3. Set up is from 6 AM to 8 AM, entry for set up is from the east and
north side doors
only, items should be unloaded and vehicle removed to allow others to
unload
4. Moving of items will be closely monitored for damage to the building,
any damage
will be assessed to the vendor for repairs
Outdoor Vendor Space
1. Event is rain or shine, there will be no refunds unless entire event
is canceled
2. All outdoor spaces will be $10 for the event (this event will be in
the parking lot
between the fire station and Route 30)
3. All spaces shall be limited to two adjoining parking stalls, no
tables will be provided
and there will be no discount for multiple spaces
4. Set up should be complete by 8 AM, no vehicles will be permitted in
the vendor area
after 7 AM and not before 4 PM (Vendors will be encouraged to deliver
material and
remove vehicle promptly, unless the vehicle stays completely within
vendor space)
5. Canopies shall be secured by weights and must remain in the vendor
space
6. Tables (a limited supply) may be rented from the Fire Company at $5
for the event
with a $10 deposit to be returned when the table is returned
